I am a holistic health coach in training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition
I created and operate my own wellness business. I am a certified medicinal aromatherapist (CMA) and a Level 1 reiki practitioner. I'm continuing my education with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to become certified with the AADP (American Association of Drugless Practitioners) as a Holistic Health Coach. I've always considered myself "self-taught" in the area of nutrition and now I'm blessed with the opportunity to be learning from the most highly respected in the industry. I can't wait to share the wealth of knowledge with all of you!
My passion is to help people by offering alternate approaches to wellness and good health. I work with 100% pure medicinal-grade essential oils which support and heal on a physical as well as an emotional & spiritual level. I experienced a personal health issue a few years ago which led me to Reiki and other modalities of energy healing. This awareness allowed me to discover my life's purpose and follow my heart on the journey to wellness.
I'm also an empath/clairsentient...which means I "feel" energy. My gift allows me to give an accurate angel card reading by way of channeling energy.
